Exclusions

Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Improper washing, or failure to follow care instructions.

Assessment & Inspection

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by our authorized service personnel. Assessments are processed in accordance with established manufacturer tolerances and Kuwait standards.
