EXCHANGE & REFUND
We sincerely appreciate your trust and loyalty. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to providing a fair, transparent, and efficient exchange and refund process in accordance with the applicable Consumer Protection regulations in the State of Kuwait.
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request an exchange or refund subject to the following terms and conditions.
Exchange & Refund Rules
- Products may be exchanged or refunded within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- The original purchase invoice must be presented.
- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment whenever applicable.
- Products must be returned in their original, unused, unworn, clean, and resalable condition, together with all original packaging, labels, tags, accessories, manuals, and protective coverings (where applicable).
Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or supplied incorrectly:
- Customized, personalized, embroidered, or altered products.
- Special-order or non-stock items.
- Products that have been worn, used, washed, altered, damaged, or show signs of misuse.
- Products with missing labels, tags, packaging, accessories, manuals, security seals, or serial numbers.
- Clearance, liquidation, or final-sale items clearly marked as non-returnable.
- Official badges, ranks, insignia, name plates, and similar items that have been attached, sewn, engraved, modified, or removed from their original packaging.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
Shoes
Shoes may only be exchanged or refunded if they are unworn, show no signs of outdoor use, and are returned with the original shoe box, packaging, and accessories.
Garments, Caps & Tactical Products
Garments, uniforms, caps, footwear, and tactical equipment must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, free from stains, odors, perfume, smoke, or pet hair, and returned with all original tags attached.
Product Inspection
All returned products are subject to inspection before approval. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or refund request that does not comply with this policy.
Delivery & Service Charges
Delivery, shipping, installation, customization, embroidery, alteration, and other service charges are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
Price Queries
If you believe there is an error in the price charged, please notify our staff or store manager immediately so the matter can be reviewed and resolved promptly.
